Oogie Boogie is a silkie rooster who was found abandoned in a park with his two buddies, Jack and Sally (muscovy ducks). The trio was rescued by Susie from Susie's Duck Sanctuary and through our partnership they came to live at the sanctuary.
Silkie roosters cannot live in the wild and are unable to fly like the wild roosters. They are vulnerable to predators and do not survive on their own. They really need to be under the loving care of a hooman.
