About the Event
Come visit the residents at Aloha Animal Sanctuary and have fun doing a little Hatha yoga too!
Check in: 3:45-4:00pm
Hatha Yoga: 4:00-5:00pm
Sanctuary Tour: 5:00-6:00pm
Hatha involves a set of yoga poses and breathing techniques slowly done with more static posture holds. Please bring a mat, lots of water, a towel.
This class and tour is geared towards adults and teens over the age of 15.
