A message from the teacher:

"Hey! I am Sarah Superman a RYT200 yoga teacher and a caretaker Volunteer at Aloha Animal Sanctuary.

2020 has taken a strange path so far. Let us keep it fun with a virtual goat yoga class at Aloha Animal

Sanctuary. Goat Yoga has been known to create an automatic relaxation response in the body and

mind. There are many mental benefits to practicing yoga with goats. Just seeing their cute faces will lift

your spirits! I will be guiding you through a gentle all levels 30 min flow, beginning with breathwork,

gentle mobility, and stretching. Followed by an all levels vinyasa flow (goats included) then a goat filled

savasana. The best part of this virtual class is that you can soak in all the cuteness of our goat residents

at the sanctuary and do a chill yoga practice all while in the comforts of your own home. Most of all, the

goats will motivate you to turn the corner edges of your mouth up and smile big! Hope to see you on

the mat…and in the hay!"
