Volunteer Day! Saturday 2/19 8:30-10:00 AM

Looking for volunteers that feel good about breaking a sweat and doing some manual labor! We will start with a mini-tour of the sanctuary to meet some of our residents, then we will get to work on digging out dirt and mud from the piggy enclosure.

Because of the pandemic, this volunteer day is limited in participants. You must register if you plan on coming. Please bring a face mask; it shouldn't be needed throughout the volunteer day (because we are outdoors and will have ample room to be spaced far apart), but during the tour, briefings, etc. we may ask that you put it on.

Please wear closed-toed shoes and clothes that you don't mind sweating in and getting muddy. Bring a full water bottle (it can get hot!), and depending on the weather we recommend sunscreen and/or a rain jacket. If you have work gloves, please bring those as well!
