Flora was once a member of our wild chicken flock at the Sanctuary. When one of our special-needs roosters needed a companion, Flora seemed to be the perfect fit. She was welcomed as an official Sanctuary resident and now spends her days with our resident hen flock alongside Puff and Lucy, two other rescued hens.
We are so grateful that Flora now knows a life filled with love, peace, and friendship. Deeply loved by our volunteers, her spunky, outgoing, and treat-motivated personality brings joy to everyone she meets and reminds us just how intelligent, spirited, and full of life chickens truly are.

At Aloha Animal Sanctuary, we run completely off volunteers and donations like yours. There are no paid positions here. All donations go towards caring for the animals.
