Jack & Sally were found abandoned with their buddy Oogie Boogie, a silkie chicken. They were clearly pets as silkie chickens cannot survive in the wild, and neither can domesticated ducks. The trio was rescued by Susie's Duck Sanctuary.
Susie reached out to us, and luckily we were able to accept them to sanctuary! Jack and Sally are free to live out their lives in peace at the sanctuary. Of note, Oogie Boogie is very people-friendly, and is in the process of being adopted into a loving home with other hens (which is why he isn't listed here).
